HJF Calendars & Space Availability

Meeting rooms and classrooms in the HJF must be reserved through Karen Wascher or by calling 712-274-5195. Availability for each room/space is found on the below calendar.

Study rooms on the 1st floor must be reserved. Walk-ins are welcome, but you are not guaranteed a space if you did not reserve it beforehand. Reservations are made at the circulation desk, via email, or using the chat button in the bottom-right corner. 2nd Floor study rooms are freely available and do not require reservations.

Building Hours & Room/Space Availability

Rooms & spaces are open during normal building hours. If the room/space is booked on the calendar, it is not available otherwise the room/space is open to use. It is recommended you reserve rooms/spaces as reservations will be honored over non-reserved uses.
