If you are having problems accessing our databases from off-campus, please check the following:
- Are you using your Morningside username and password? Morningside uses the same username and password for all of our services and access to our databases is granted upon student registration.
- Double check Caps Lock. Often people accidentally hit their caps key and are typing in capital letters.
- Are you trying to access our databases from a K-12 institution or with a K-12 device? If you are, most K-12 schools have internet blocks that will not allow our databases to work on those networks and/or machines. Try a different machine on your home internet or at the public library.
