Are you feeling overwhelmed and bogged down from everything? This is a good sign that you are stressed. Being stressed is so common in today's world that there is a day dedicated to it.
National stress awareness day is always the first Wednesday of November. Wednesday November 7th is this years day to try and relieve some of that stress.
As long as you put in some form of self care throughout the day, your stress may start to reduce. Self care is important especially if you are a college student. The simplest form of self care could take as long as 5 minutes. It is better to be stress free for 5 minutes than to be stressed for your whole day.
