Whether you are taking classes online and live in another state or if you live right here in Sioux City, being a student at Morningside College means you have complete access to the assistance available. The Hickman-Johnson-Furrow Library subscribes to a number of databases so our community can succeed at their academic endeavors This is no different for a graduate student. You can find a list of library databases here and if you are having trouble accessing these databases, check out this FAQ.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
The HJF Library is able to order thousands of books, DVDs and CDs from other libraries all over the country. If you are a graduate student and the library doesn't have the book or article you are looking for, you can request via interlibrary loan (ILL). All you need to do is fill out this form and Susan Trisler will put in your request to a school that owns the title. Once she receives the title from the other library, she will mail it to the address you put on the form.
Library Books, DVDs & CDs
The HJF Library's full collection of materials are available to all our students. If you do not live in Sioux City and would like one of our titles that you found in our catalog, please contact Susan Trisler and she will mail you the book at no cost. To return the book, just mail it back.
